FAQ – Tracking Your Order

How do I track my Cozyees order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email titled “Your Order is on the Way” with a tracking link.

When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking numbers are usually sent within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, once it has been processed and shipped.

What carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

How long does delivery take after shipping?
Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days within the U.S.

I didn’t get my tracking email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@cozyees.com for assistance.

My tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What now?
Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a day early. Please allow 1–2 days. If it still hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or your local post office. Then reach out to us for help.
