Can I return my order?
Because our products are handmade, returns are only accepted if an item arrives broken, damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item.
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us at support@cozyees.com with your order number and photos.
What happens once I send back my item?
We will inspect the return and notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, you may place a new order after your refund or replacement is processed.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. We cannot accept returns on used candles, melts, or sprays, sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom orders.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started. We strive to process orders quickly, so please double-check your order details before submitting.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit if preferred. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider. If requesting store credit please let us know in advance otherwise we will automatically refund to the original payment method.
