Cozyees is a small-batch candle studio located in Hartfield, Virginia. All orders are hand-packed and shipped from our workshop.
FAQ – Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
How much does shipping cost?
Economy Delivery is $5 USD.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free Economy Delivery is available for orders over $35. Gift cards do not count toward the free-shipping threshold.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (please allow extra time during holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
What is the delivery time?
Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
What if my order is late, damaged, or missing?
If you do not receive your order within the stated delivery window, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cozyees.com.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address due to customer error. We will work with the local delivery provider to attempt redelivery or resend if the package is returned.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery time frame, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form or at support@cozyees.com
