Return Policy
We want you to love your order. Because our products are handmade, returns are only accepted if an item arrives broken, damaged, or defective.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us at support@cozyees.com with photos and your order number. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your order is approved for return, you may place a new order once your refund or replacement is processed.
Cancellations
We strive to process orders as fast as possible so cancellations are not possible once we start processing the order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit if preferred. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider. Please see the full refund policy.
