Editable Candle Label Kit

A matching set of labels for a small candle shop. Type your shop name, scent, size and ingredients into the PDF once and the whole sheet fills in, then print on standard US Letter label sheets.

• 14 editable label sheets (US Letter): round jar labels 2 in (2 designs) and 3 in (2 designs), rectangle jar labels 2 x 3 in (2 designs), a 2 x 4 in wax melt clamshell label, room spray labels 2 x 3 in (2 designs), candle warning labels (2 in round and 1 x 2-5/8 in, plus a blank version for your own wording), and a thank you card and candle care card (3.5 x 2 in)
• Alignment test pages for every layout
• Blank PNG backgrounds (300 dpi) of every design, for Canva or another design app
• Sheet layouts: 2 in round uses the Avery 22807 layout (12 per sheet), 2 x 3 in uses Avery 94237 (8 per sheet), 2 x 4 in uses Avery 5163 (10 per sheet), 1 x 2-5/8 in uses Avery 5160 (30 per sheet). The 3 in round and the cards have plain cut lines for full-sheet sticker paper or cardstock.

The text fields use standard PDF fonts. To use your own fonts, use the PNG backgrounds in a design app. Printers vary, so print a test page on plain paper first.

The warning label layout is a starting point, not legal advice. You're responsible for making sure your labels include everything required where you sell.

How it works

1. After checkout, you'll get a download link on your order confirmation page and in your order email.
2. Download the zip file and open it on a computer. Start with the START HERE guide.
3. Print at Actual size / 100%. To type into the editable label PDF, use free Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer, since some browsers and phone apps don't save typed text.

You'll also find a thank you page at the end with a 10% off code for our candles, wax melts and room sprays.

Please note

• This is an instant digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
• Colors may look a little different depending on your screen, printer and paper.
• You may print the labels for products you make and sell. Please don't resell or share the files.
• Because these are digital files, there are no returns, but message us through our Contact page if something isn't working and we'll help.
